At CodeDesk, we ensure transparency in our fee structure. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.
1. Registration Fee
To reserve a seat in any upcoming batch, a nominal registration fee is required. The registration fee is strictly non-refundable as it is used to allocate resources and block a seat that could have been given to another student.
2. Tuition Fee Refund
If a student has paid the full course fee and wishes to withdraw, the refund will be processed under the following conditions:
- Before Batch Starts: 100% of the tuition fee (excluding registration fee) will be refunded.
- Within 3 Days of Batch Start: If you are not satisfied with the classes within the first 3 days, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
- After 3 Days: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after 3 days from the batch start date.
3. EMI and Installments
Students opting for EMI or installment plans must clear their dues on the promised dates. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of classes. Fees paid in installments follow the same strict no-refund policy after the 3-day window.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
Eligible refund requests must be sent via email to info@codedesk.in. Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working days.
